About the Course
"Tap into your natural healing abilities through the healing Art of Reiki"
One day course that lays the foundation of Reiki.
Reiki Level 1 is where your journey with Reiki begins.
Once you are attuned to Reiki Level 1, you can use it everyday for yourself, friends, family, even animals and plants. Reiki is a tool that can be used at any moment, any time, anywhere for on-the-spot stress release, pain relief and as a quick energy boost. No matter where you may be at a certain point in your life, Reiki will harmonise and embrace your philosophical beliefs and add to your own divine presence. Initiation and self-treatment will help you to confront and overcome unconscious situations, beliefs, emotions and attitudes. Although for some this will be a real test, it will be important to persevere and understand that this is part of the healing process. We then feel the benefits of this self-treatment and well-being.

and many practical exercises to boost your confidence to use Reiki.
At the end of the course, you will feel the flow of Reiki, and be able to give treatments to family and friends, as well as using it for your own healing and personal development.

A comprehensive course manual
An internationally recognised Reiki 1 certification
Light refreshments
Ongoing support regarding your personal growth and the development of your practice at online or in-person Reiki shares (regular practice group meetings)
On completion of the course you will be eligible for membership with the UK Reiki Federation, The Reiki Association, The Reiki Guild and other Complementary Therapies associations.
When: Monthly classes Saturday 10.30am-4.30pm
