Welcome, Opening Circle & Arrival
We begin with grounding, intention-setting and a brief introduction to the lineage. You will meet the other students and enter the space together.
Foundations, History & The Gokai
The theory of Reiki, the Usui lineage, and the Five Principles as a living daily practice. This is where the understanding lands in the body before the hands-on work begins.
The Attunement
The heart of the day. Each student receives their Reiki Level 1 attunement from Cindy, an energy transmission that permanently opens you to the flow of Reiki. Time is given for integration and sharing.
Chakras, Hand Positions & Hands-On Practice
The energy body, the chakra system, and the full 18-position sequence. Students practise giving and receiving Reiki on one another, guided by Cindy throughout.
Self-Treatment, Intuitive Bridge & Your Path Forward
The position self-treatment sequence, an introduction to the 8 Clairs, and a guided reflection using the Ikigai and chakra-purpose frameworks to begin mapping your soul's gifts.
Closing Circle, Certificates & Integration
We close the space together with a blessing, Q&A, and the formal presentation of your Reiki Level 1 certificates. You leave attuned, equipped and held.

Who am I?
I searched for myself for a long time as a spiritual and human woman. I could lock myself in spiritual beliefs, drown myself in an excess of Yin and Yang. I experienced the role of sacrificial mother by forgetting in me, the woman, the child, the teenager, the entrepreneur, the lover.
