Who am I?
I searched for myself for a long time as a spiritual and human woman. I could lock myself in spiritual beliefs, drown myself in an excess of Yin and Yang. I experienced the role of sacrificial mother by forgetting in me, the woman, the child, the teenager, the entrepreneur, the lover.
I was slowly dying out…
This was my alarm bell… to rekindle my flame, my fire, my joy and never again lose what is and makes me essential. I then carried out a work of reconciliation between all my plural, ambivalent facets to feel whole and complete.
I believe that one of the most powerful medicines is that of living in union with oneself, in a non-dual spirit. To be human and divine, vulnerable and powerful, sensitive and confident.
After having tasted this medicine, I was able to allow myself to express my essence by dancing with all the parts of me and I will be honored to accompany you in “Wisdom Keepers”, to bring out your own inner dance, the one that makes you feel alive, unique and complete.
