This retreat is for the woman ready to slow down, tune in, and come home to the rhythm of her body, breath, and becoming. Through ceremony, movement, and the magic of sisterhood, you’ll soften the noise of the outside world and attune to your inner knowing.

Nestled along Portugal’s Atlantic coast, the Alentejo region invites a deeper presence, where the sun warms your skin and time stretches between pine forests and sea cliffs. Our private retreat center, set on a 275-acre farmnear Zambujeira do Mar, is a portal for restoration, inspiration, and soul-aligned living.

Together, we’ll rise each morning with grounding movement and guided practices. We’ll gather for workshops and ceremony, explore somatic embodimentand feminine wisdom, and co-create moments of laughter, clarity, and magic. There will be time to write, dance, rest, and roam with barefoot beach walks and golden light dinners.
