1. Confidence Boost: Develop self-confidence by meeting the best version of yourself. (time: 14.58 mins)

2. Listening to yourself: Contact your emotional body, release excess emotion to reduce the intensity felt, become aware of your superpower of being sensitive. (time: 11.45 mins)

3. Relax: Treat yourself to a moment of bodily relaxation, release all tension and stress and find inner calm and serenity. (time: 6.28 mins)

4. Heart connection: Connect to your heart, to your value, to your inner magic and reveal your potential to be a unique being. (time: 12.16 mins)
