This fortnightly circle is where that changes.
We begin with Ikigai, the Japanese framework for your reason for being, and move into something far more personal: a sacred, grounded space where your intuitive gifts are not just welcomed but deliberately awakened, one clair at a time.
What This Circle Is
Awakening Your Soul’s Purpose: An Intuitive Circle for Women is a fortnightly gathering at Light Centre Monument, held and facilitated by Cindy Theodore of Reiki the People.
Each session weaves together Soul’s Purpose teaching with sacred clair activation, so that over time you not only understand your purpose intellectually, but feel it energetically and trust it intuitively.
New students receive a PDF guide at their first session. You do not need prior experience, only a genuine readiness to show up.

🌿 Ceremonial Tea Ritual
We begin with a heart-opening cup of organic ceremonial tea to support intention-setting and intuitive alignment. This sacred ritual opens the gateway to ancestral communication and amplifies your ability to receive the energetic transmissions that follow. Grounding and activating, the tea anchors your body and spirit into ritual presence.
🔥 Ancestral Healing & Activation Ceremony
Using sacred shamanic tools such as smoke, rattles, chimes, and light language chanting, we'll enter a sacred container to honour and heal ancestral lines. You will be lovingly guided to release inherited patterns and awaken the dormant gifts passed down through your blood and soul lineages, bringing clarity, balance, and deep empowerment to your path.
✨ Energetic Healing Transmission
A vibrational healing transmission will be shared to harmonise your energy field, clear stagnation, and elevate your frequency. This part of the circle supports full embodiment of your gifts and leaves you feeling renewed, grounded, and aligned with your higher calling.
🌀 Fortnightly Clair Activation
A focused teaching and practice to awaken your intuitive sense for that session, each one building on the last as you move through the full map of your psychic gifts.
🤝 Partner & Group Intuitive Exercises
Practise what you have opened in a safe, witnessed space, developing confidence in your gifts through real, lived experience with the women around you.
🔮 Optional Spirit Messages
If you feel called, you may receive or witness intuitive messages shared within the group field. These spirit-guided messages can offer clarity, affirmation, and deep connection to the unseen realms. This offering is completely optional, all levels of experience and participation are welcome.

Meet your Host
Cindy is the founder of Reiki the People, an energy healer, intuitive coach and psychic working at the intersection of Reiki, chakra work and Soul’s Purpose. She works with clients who know, on some level, that their life is not yet fully reflecting their gift.
Her work is grounded in the belief that purpose is not something you find. It is something you remember. And the body, the energy body in particular, is the most reliable map back to it.
She has held space for individuals and groups in London and online, and her 1:1 sessions, workshops and group programmes have helped clients move from chronic confusion to energetic clarity.
