Do I need to have Reiki experience?
Not at all! You’ll be guided through a full Reiki Level 1 as part of the program.
What age is this best for?
This course is great for children ages 5–12 with parental support.

What if my child has trouble sitting still?
No—this experience is intuitive by design. You’re invited to follow your resonance. That’s completely okay! The course includes movement-based mindfulness and breathing tools to meet kids where they are.

No deadlines here — it’s completely self-paced. You can move through the lessons whenever it suits your family best.
