Something in you is ready to change shape.
You have done the work. You have tended your own light, held space for others, and walked much of this path alone. But the tools that once served you no longer reach the layers that need attention. The identities you built, even the spiritual ones, no longer fit.
This is the chrysalis moment. The old form is dissolving. Something truer is waiting to be built. And you don't have to go through it alone.
Book Your Soul Reading
Are you an old soul, an empath, or a spiritually awakened woman who holds space for everyone else, and is ready to be held, witnessed and transformed yourself?
THIS IS YOUR CHRYSALIS.
Lead from energetic coherence, finally.
A MESSAGE FROM CINDY ABOUT WHAT IS POSSIBLE INSIDE CHRYSALIS
INTRODUCING
Chrysalis
The depth of my private Energetic Architecture mentorship, held weekly in an intimate circle of women.
Over nine weeks we work with your energetic system, soul memory and identity architecture. We clear what no longer belongs to you, rebuild your foundations chakra by chakra, and anchor the woman you are becoming into your daily life.
You are witnessed. You are held. And you rise alongside women who understand exactly what you are moving through.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
9 Live Weekly Sessions
The same Energetic Architecture programme as my private mentorship, held online every week in an intimate group.
Chakra Recalibration Journey
Seven weeks moving from Root to Crown, clearing karmic imprints and anchoring each energy centre into its highest expression.
Your 1:1 Soul Life Reading
A private session before we begin, so I know your energy and you enter the group already in motion.
An Intimate Circle
A small group of women who understand exactly what you are moving through. You are witnessed, and you witness.

Dissolve. Rebuild. Rise.
BEGIN HERE · YOUR 1:1 ENTRY SESSION
The Soul Life Reading
Your doorway into Chrysalis. A private deep dive into your soul's blueprint and the season you are moving through: energetic patterns, soul fragmentation, and what is trying to emerge next. If Chrysalis is aligned, your reading fee is fully credited toward the programme.
WEEKS 1–3 · REBUILD THE FOUNDATIONS
Heart, Throat, Third Eye & Crown
We open into love without depletion, truth without fear, clear inner sight, and your connection to Source. Each energy centre is anchored into its highest expression.
WEEKS 4–7 · REBUILD THE HIGHER SELF
Root, Sacral & Solar Plexus
Together we recalibrate the lower chakras: safety in your body, your creative and emotional flow, and your personal power. Karmic imprints are cleared so you can stand steady in who you are.
WEEKS 8–9 · RISE
Integration & Embodied Leadership
We stabilise your frequency, anchor your mission, and you step fully into the woman you have been becoming. You leave with your wings, and a clear path forward.

What Others Have Experienced
"Working with Cindy felt like coming back into my body and my truth at the same time. The clarity I gained wasn't mental, it landed in my nervous system. I left feeling steady, resourced, and finally aligned with what I already knew at a soul level."
Rachel, Vancouver, Canada
"Cindy holds one of the calmest, most precise energetic fields I've ever experienced. Nothing felt rushed or performative. I was met exactly where I was, and what shifted did so gently but profoundly."
Maria, Lisbon, Portugal

Hi! I'm Cindy.
REIKI MASTER TEACHER · TRANCE MEDIUM · 20TH-GENERATION SHAMANIC LINEAGE HOLDER
I was once the child who saw entities in the corner of the room and had absolutely no one to tell. I grew up feeling everything deeply, sensing what others couldn't, and knowing things before they happened. For years I felt too sensitive, too much, until I discovered that what I carried wasn't a burden. It was a calling.
Reiki gave me the framework. My shamanic lineage gave me the roots. Training at the Arthur Findlay College and the College of Psychic Studies gave me the rigour to trust what I had always known. Now I guide empaths, old souls and highly sensitive women through the same transformation, with depth, rigour and reverence.

More Soul Stories
"This work didn't activate me, it stabilised me. I stopped questioning myself, my sensitivity, and my direction. I now move from coherence instead of effort, and that has changed everything."
Hannah, London, UK
"Cindy held an amazing sacred space that helped me reach places I had been resisting. She helped activate my Clairs and connect me with intuitive wisdom that opened the door to guidance towards a higher purpose. Thank you Cindy, I loved your style, chanting and flow."
Kate Dryburgh
"Without doubt Cindy Theodore is one of the most talented Spiritual Medium and Reiki Healer I have met in the last 10 years. She immediately puts you at ease with a natural empathy of warmth and understanding."
