This is My Story.
I have always lived between two worlds.
As a child I could see what others couldn't, entities, presences, the invisible. I had no language for it and no one to tell. What I did have was my great-grandmother, a great healer, who carried something ancient in her hands and in her blood. I didn't understand it then. I understand it now.
Growing up I felt perpetually offbeat, fully part of this world, and yet not of it. That feeling never left me. It just became my compass.
The real awakening came after the birth of my second son in 2014. A meeting with a trance medium opened a door I had been circling my whole life. I stepped through it and didn't look back, through spiritual groups, initiatory experiences, and eventually the formal training at the Arthur Findlay College and the College of Psychic Studies that gave me the rigour to trust what I already knew.
My first Reiki students were my own children. They called it the magic touch. That told me everything about what this work could be, simple, natural, and already alive in us before we have words for it.
I founded Reiki the People because I believe everyone deserves access to genuine energy healing education. Not watered down. Not guru-led. Rooted, rigorous, and deeply human.

My Approach
Most Reiki training teaches you hand positions. I teach you to think like a healer.
At the heart of everything I do is what I call the Reiki Intuitive method, a fusion of traditional Usui Reiki with psychic development as foundational practice. From your very first attunement, you are not just learning a technique. You are learning to read energy, develop your psychic senses, and build the kind of intuitive intelligence that makes every session uniquely yours.
The 8 Clairs: clairvoyance, clairaudience, claircognisance, clairsentience, clairalience, clairgustance, clairtangency, and clairempathy, are not advanced extras you earn later. They are the foundation. Because a healer who cannot sense energy is just following a map without being able to read it.
My shamanic lineage and trance mediumship training inform how I hold space, with depth, with roots, and with an understanding that real healing moves through layers most modalities never reach.
I do not teach you to follow a formula. I teach you to trust yourself.
