HEALING TEA CEREMONY

You are invited in a sacred ceremony to settle into stillness, connecting with nature’s elements to mindfully awaken your senses. We will drop into our heart space in order to help heal our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.

Through the use of traditional shamanic tools such as sacred smoke, rattles, shamanic drum, chimes and intuitively channeled chanting are used to envelop our body and aura with healing vibrations to clear blocked energy and reach a state of equilibrium, feeling a higher sense of peace and purpose in life.
 

Each ceremony begins with a tea blend to assist with intention setting, communication, self-awareness, authenticity, and vulnerability.

I will offer some channeled guidance while we have a delicious heart-opening cup of organic ceremonial Tea. Consumed in ceremony, tea amplifies the healing experience igniting intuition through ritual and magic.
The group will then be guided through a shamanic journey that takes us inward to explore the self. This creates a container to engage with and allow for whatever is needed to connect with one’s truth. This can include insights and wisdom or may be a time of peace and presence. The journey is unique to everyone.
Each group is different, and Cindy allows for the space to both be inspired by others stories as well as focus on the self.

What to bring:

  • Please wear warm comfortable clothing.

  • Ensure you haven't eaten for an hour before.

  • Bring a water bottle, notebook and pen to take notes

Please arrive 10 minutes beforehand to make yourself comfortable. I will unfortunately be unable to accept late comers and will be shutting doors at 7.25pm. Please arrive in good time
